• Where is the store based?

  Fairfax, VA

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, but shipping costs may be high depending on your country.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  I will normally ship orders within a week of them being placed, except in the case of preorders. Once shipped most domestic orders normally take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive, while international orders can take 1-4 weeks or more. Shipping times vary even more now due to COVID so I can't provide an exact time frame, but these estimates tend to be the average.

• How do preorders work?

  Preorders are set to run for 1-4 weeks, specific time frame varying depending on the item (check item descriptions for details). Items will be sent out for production within 2 business days after the preorder period ends. Orders with preorder items and regular stock items will not be shipped until the preorder items have arrived, so if regular stock items are needed earlier please make a separate order. Check my twitter (@neutruel) for periodic production updates when a preorder is ongoing.

• What payment methods are accepted?

  Currently, the store can only process credit or debit cards. If PayPal is your only method of payment, shoot me an email at [email protected] and I will gladly set up an invoice for you!

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
